As a Serial Entrepreneur, career expert, and businesswoman with more than 25 years of management experience, Catherine has a proven track record of launching businesses that generate positive cash flow within two years of start-up. Catherine co-founded two multi-million dollar businesses: www.FabJob.com, the leading publisher of dream career guides, named the No. 1 place to get published online by Writers Digest, and www.IAPCollege.com, a profitable online career college offering training in each of the services being offered by zenGOT™. In 2008, Catherine founded the Next Generation Indie Book Awards, the largest not-for-profit book awards program in the world for independent and self-published authors. Catherine previously held several business and management positions including acting as an officer of Nexen’s international subsidiaries (while heading up the U.K. overseas corporate legal department) of this publicly listed, multi-national corporation with thousands of employees.

Andrew is a progressive and enterprising leader with board and executive experience in numerous industries. A proven change agent, he has a successful track record for driving organizational efficiency and growth, and empowering diverse teams to thrive. Andrew is an experienced product manager in the technology sector and has overseen multiple website and App development projects. In executive management roles, he has built and managed strategic alliances between startups and multi-billion dollar brands. He has also developed and led marketing and public relations campaigns, with a passion for dynamic approaches that connect customers with brands in unique ways. Andrew has roots in the international film industry, with over a decade of experience. An award-winning film producer and production company board member, Andrew has worked with Oscar Winners and Nominees. He has experience managing the financing, production and acquisition of a feature film, releasing it around the globe and selling to numerous channels including Amazon Prime, iTunes and Google Play. Andrew is currently CEO at zenGOT, where he heads up business operations and oversees the executive management team. Andrew holds a Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, with a specialization in Entrepreneurship.

For more than 20 years Mike has been professionally involved in the digital world including development for major brands such as Canadian Tire, Best Buy, Sears, WestJet, Intrawest, and HBC. Mike has experience in a range of industries from healthcare to energy, retail to travel/tourism, and from financial services to consumer packaged goods. Mike has been the architect, designer and builder on more than 100 development projects including websites, e-commerce applications, games, contests, and mobile apps. Many of these projects have spanned months or years. Mike's primary specialties are in the areas of strategic planning, interactive marketing and advertising, online and mobile applications development and database architecture.

As CFO, Brendon is responsible for all finance, accounting and risk management aspects of the business. As a well respected Chartered Professional Accountant, Brendon’s consummate and proven track record ranges from being a financial executive and officer of a $20 Billion global public company to his international experience with insurance and investment companies. He has specialized financial knowledge of investment and insurance businesses along with international energy and oil and gas businesses. Brendon’s most recent position was Controller and Vice President Insurance for Nexen Energy ULC, an international oil and gas exploration and production company.

Dr. Lolly de Jonge has extensive board and executive experience, 25 years of community involvement, and is recognized as a notable indigenous person in Canada. She was named to the 2016 Diversity 50 by the Canadian Board Diversity Council. Lolly has a PhD in Human & Organizational Systems and Master’s degrees in Environment & Management and in Human Development. Lolly was the Director, Global Business Practices at Nexen and held senior management roles in health, safety, environment, and social responsibility. She was previously Chief Executive Officer of the Alberta Association of Midwives and her eclectic background includes being Executive Producer for TV, film and music projects.

Mike is a respected and accomplished financial leader with over 25 years of senior financial experience and business leadership. As a Chartered Professional Accountant and Harvard Business School Executive Education graduate, Mike’s proven track record ranges from being a financial executive and officer of a multi-billion dollar global public company to his experience with private start-ups. He has specialized financial knowledge of the international energy, oil and gas, extractive, publishing, entertainment and e-commerce businesses. Mike is currently the CFO of the VennWest group of companies, CFO of FabJob Inc. and IAP Career College, and CEO of Crossbow Financial Inc., a boutique financial advisory firm.

Tag brings more than 25 years of marketing experience to zenGOT. As senior writer for a national firm, she worked for clients from Holiday Inn Worldwide to Molson Brewery. She developed a course on media relations for the University of Calgary and taught publicity skills to staff from organizations of all kinds - even the World Police and Fire Games! Her marketing advice has been published in media from the United States Chamber of Commerce magazine (how to write a press release) to Inc. (how to rank highly on search engines). Tag co-founded and oversees the editorial and marketing departments of FabJob and has arranged for the company and books to appear in hundreds of media reaching millions of people, from Woman’s Day magazine and Wall Street Journal online to Oprah's newsletter and the movie Bewitched starring Will Ferrell and Nicole Kidman.

Harry graduated with business and engineering degrees from the University of Alberta and earned professional engineering status in 1986 while working at Lockerbie & Hole Contracting Ltd. Harry was a Director and Officer of Lockerbie and Hole and held roles in each of Edmonton and Vancouver before relocating to Toronto in 2000 to successfully launch company operations in Central and Eastern Canada. He moved back to Vancouver in 2005 where he assisted the company in going public in 2007. In 2007 Harry moved on and purchased Petrokleen, a fuel polishing company, and Petrokleen has since expanded from a single location to now having offices in North Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary and Victoria while increasing revenues fivefold in ten years. Additionally, Harry has sat on the Advisory Board for Headwater Equity Partners since 2011 and been a Director of Mulgrave Independent School from 2011 to 2017.

Hartland Ross is an online marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and founder and president of eBridge Marketing Solutions – an online marketing agency and consulting firm catering to technology companies. Considered a pioneer in the online world, Hartland has been working in the sales and marketing of web based technology companies since 1999. He is well recognized and regarded in the hosting industry and to date has worked with over 200 web hosting companies providing business growth, marketing strategy and industry direction advice and recommendations. With 20 years of business development experience, plus over 15 years experience in working specifically with technology companies, Hartland is a sought after speaker and online authority who is often interviewed and quoted in various industry related case studies and articles. Corporate philanthropy is also top of mind for Hartland who believes it’s important to give back to his community. Hartland is a past board member of Young Entrepreneurs Association, was a mentor at Junior Achievement helping our youth become the business leaders of tomorrow, is a mentor and advisor with Founders Institute and coaches 2 boys soccer teams. A graduate of UBC, Hartland holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Strategy.

Jodie is an Account Manager and Customer Satisfaction Guru! As Project Manager for the design and development of the Vector Energy Automated Billing and Settlement System, Jodie managed the project from inception through to launch, and beyond. She dealt with a variety of team members and contractors, requirements from each department, and a variety of technical integrations with suppliers such as Atco/Enmax/Fortis & Epcor, in order to ensure they launched the application on time, and on budget. Additionally, Jodie was responsible for developing and overseeing the customer service platform for Powerbill, a utility billing solutions platform that is a retailer of electricity and natural gas, based in Calgary.

Kyla is a Content and Social Media Manager who partners with businesses, executives and solopreneurs to grow their personal and professional brands. After spending nearly 10 years working in content creation and digital marketing for multiple companies, Kyla knows what truly drives conversions, and how to grow a brand effectively by utilizing Social Media. Kyla holds a BFA in Visual Studies from the University of Calgary, along with several certifications for Digital Marketing and Social Media, including: Social Media Strategy, Content Writing and Publishing, and Social Storytelling. Kyla regularly attends conferences and educational seminars focused around effective Social Media Marketing trends, updates, and news, so that her finger is always on the pulse in this evolving industry.

Hayley has run her own business and also worked as a professional cleaner where she was responsible for cleaning clients homes, offices, and apartments. She often received 5 star ratings. Hayley spent time training dolphins in Bermuda and Florida before taking on a volunteer role at the Edmonton Valley Zoo as a Volunteer Zookeeper and subsequently working for the Greater Vancouver Zoo as a zoo educator, offering educational programs and interpretive talks. Hayley is highly efficient, detailed oriented, and experienced with customer service, which makes her a perfect person to provide training and orientations for zenGOT.

Logan is the youngest member of the zenGOT team. He is currently finishing his high-school education in Vancouver and plans to obtain a degree in Business with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. He has a passion for writing as well as speaking - he has won multiple gold medals for persuasive speeches as well as self-written slam poetry in school-wide public speaking competitions. Logan has roles representing the company as a brand ambassador and working online assisting with website improvements. He is also the son of zenGOT Founder, Catherine Goulet.

Wayne is a Partner in the Calgary office of law firm Miller Thomson and practices in the areas of intellectual property, corporate business, and sports and entertainment law. Wayne brings a wealth of expertise dealing with start-ups, technology companies, and dealing with venture capitalists and gift card procurement.

John has a diverse background in different industries including hospitality, publishing and customer service. John has worked for many years with a number of organizations where he was responsible for the development of business systems, training materials and policies & procedures. While at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, John led an orientation seminar on the corporate culture for all new employees, managers and executives. John has also worked at FabJob.com as Vice President Operations.

Bhavesh leads our digital strategy team with over 15 years of experience with information technology and application development. He is well-versed in development of current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts including but not limited to iOS, Android, Web (LAMP, MEAN), Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Augmented / Virtual Reality, Blockchain Implementations, Robotic/Business Process Automation, and Edge Computing/DevOps. Bhavesh provides technical leadership for zenGOT stakeholders to ensure technologies are implemented and used appropriately. He is also responsible for conducting technological analyses and research, developing strategies for technological resources and evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructures. Bhavesh also supervises system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency, monitors KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance, uses stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology, and communicates technology strategy to zenGOT management.
